Hi, I had Jacqueline cater for my wedding at silversprings cottages. Where do I start! From the amazing selection (so hard to choose from😋) to perfection. The substantial food option was the best amount for guests (no one was left hungry) I had a dessert buffet just in case and was hardly touched. So many people, as well as ourselves, were so happy with the quality. The bar staff she employed were so helpful and on the ball all night. Very impressed and would highly recommend!!

I am sorry I was in a rush when you arrived but it had taken us longer than first thought to hang up some balloons and lanterns and I was a bit flustered.

The food you cooked was delicious, the beef Wellingtons and the oysters with tequila and chilli were a huge hit, I particularly enjoyed the fish and Pernod pie. You also did a fantastic job with the children's meals. Thank you for recognising we had all had sufficient to eat at some stage and leaving the excess in the fridge it made for an easy and delicious dinner the next night. Well appreciated.
