A shout-out after my wonderful 56th birthday experience (what a wonderful, beautiful partner my Amy is !) on Saturday (15/Jan) at Jazz on the Jetty in Busselton ...

The elite canapes & finger food for the guests was, well, absolutely amazing, exquisite ...

Everything I tasted was delightful ... of note, the lightly battered Calamari - the best I have ever experienced, in the world ... nice crunch, warm, the flesh moist, tender, delish ... mmmmm !

And, all the other menu items - loved the raw tuna ?, scallops, prawns, salmon - ALL were 5

Blessed to have experienced your cuisine ...

Antje and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the catering you provided after our wedding ceremony at Bunkers Bay a few weeks ago. Everyone loved the canapes which tasted amazing and had great variety and flavour and the timing of servings was also perfect. It really kept our guests full and happy until the reception started so thank you! Also the waitress was an absolute legend too making the trip from the kitchen down to the beach all the time and she was also super fun and friendly. And thank you for making a couple of salads for those guests who had extra allergies / requirements we weren't aware of!
